La ferme d’Enjacquet is a family business and has been producing duck foie gras for more than 30 years. Thomas offers a range of naturel duck products, sourced from local farms and feed them with whole corn.
Their foie gras have been awarded many time during the Concours Général Agricole of Paris. The one they have selected don’t melt, which means you only get foie gras an not fat; there is almost no loss.
They have as well a selection of meat sourced from local producers that they offer in their butcher shop. Every animal has been selected from the farms. They age the carcass for 3 weeks minimum so they get a perfect taste.
