A smart mix between tuna and pieces of duck liver. A unique recipe.



Our tins are supplied by our partner O-poisson (photo credit)  in “Les Sables-d’Olonne”, Vendée, France.

Ingredients: monkfish liver, cream of milk, egg white, fleur de sel 0.5%, sugar, spices -bay tree, chili, curryn curcuma, paprika, anisà, white pepper, vanilla aroma (milk)

Allergens: possible traces of gluten, crustaceans; mustard, sulfites

Foie de lotte 73%, crème de lait, blanc d’œufs, fleur de sel 0,5%, sucre, épices (laurier, piment, curry, curcuma, paprika, anis), poivre blanc, arôme vanille (lait) Traces possibles de : gluten, crustacés, moutarde, sulfite
