Organic Agar-Agar – 5x4g
Like gelatin, agar-agar is a traditional gelling, stabilising and thickening ingredient, but unlike gelatine, agar-agar is plant based, making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Made from seaweed agar-agar has been very hard to locate organically.
Organic Agar-Agar can be used to make jellies, mousse, glaze for your pastries, or thicken a sauce. It is widely used in Asian cuisine and can even set puddings without refrigeration, though it is always quicker to use a fridge.

Ingredients :organic agar agar powder (seaweed)
Usage:; add the powder in a boiling preparation (4g per litre). It will become jelly when the preparation will become colder.
