From January to March, during the spawning period, this migratory fish begins a long journey to the fjords of the Lofoten archipelago, in Norway. These few thousand kilometers gives it the name of Skrei.

From an artisanal line fishing, our product is captured with the greatest care. We choose to fish it only after spawning, when its flesh is the most tasty, firm and pearly. Our ultra-selective technique guarantees the quality of this MSC labeled product .
