Naveline Orange is  an orange of medium size nut, of round or oval shape, bright orange colour, juicy pulp or with no seed pulp, with unique fragrance and of medium thickness peel. This kind of orange thrives in mid- November until mid-January.

Tip:-Lemon mixed with honey and water acts as a detoxifying agent.

Don’t be surprised if they arrived with a green color! It is just because they didn’t receive a thermal chock because of the season but you can use them as regular lemons.

Organic Spanish Avocado Hass – End of Season

The Hass avocado is a cultivar of avocado with dark green–colored, bumpy skin. It was first grown and sold by Southern California mail carrier and amateur horticulturist Rudolph Hass, who also gave it his name. Their will have the best taste in February at their peak season. The Hass avocado is a large-sized fruit weighing 200 to 300 grams. When ripe, the skin becomes a dark purplish-black and yields to gentle pressure. When ready to serve, it becomes white-green in the middle part of the inner fruit. Their distinctive skin turns from green to purplish-black when ripe. They have a pale green flesh with a creamy texture and nutty flavor.

Storage: They might not be ready to eat when you receive them. Did you know you can chose if you want to help or not their maturation. Ripe bananas release a lot of ethylene, the hormone that triggers ripening in mature fruit, so placing one in a closed paper bag with your under-ripe avocados will speed up the process. Refrigerate ripe or cut avocados covered for up to five days.
Usage: Enjoy them in guacamole dip, in salads, or on sandwiches.

Organic Bicolor Gala Apple

Guyot, or Docteur Jules Guyot, is a early pointed, though slightly squat pear with a roughish yellowing peel, sometimes with a slight blush. This is not the most flavoursome of pears, but does have melting tender flesh which is very juicy and typical of many early varieties. It looks similar to the Bartlett (Williams’ Bon Chrétien) pear.

Star Ruby red grapefruit has a much sweeter juice than other varieties. It is an ideal fruit to maintain the body, diuretic and low in calories. Unlike other varieties of grapefruits, the flesh has a deep red colour and provides abundant juice which taste less bitter than others and much sweeter. Its external colour is more intense than that of other more recent varieties and internal red pigmentation remains well throughout the campaign.

“Juliet” apples are medium in size. The skin is red over a green or yellow-green background. The flesh is white, crisp, and juicy, with a flavour that is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.

Organic Flat Peach – End of season

Saturn peaches are flatter than fruit of more popular peach varieties. Their skin is yellow and red, and they are less fuzzy than many other peaches. The inside of the Saturn peach is pale yellow to white in appearance. They are harvested in late spring through the end of summer.Saturn peaches are usually sweeter than other peaches, but still have a recognisable peach taste. They are said to be more complex-tasting and flavorful, often described as possessing undertones of almond.[

Storage: Donut peaches purchased hard-ripe will ripen if you leave them out on the counter, un-refrigerated, for two or three days. Put them in a brown paper bag to hasten the process.
