How to clean and keep fresh truffles
The truffles we deliver are so fresh, they may still have a fine covering of soil or sand from when they were first unearthed. Washing them under a cold tap for a few seconds, then drying them gently, won’t affect the truffle’s flavour.
We advise to consume our fresh truffles within 3 days of receiving.

Storage: We deliver White Truffle in a special packaging, when you receive it you need to : – Put the truffle in a new wrapping paper and put it in a closed box in the fridge. Change the wrapping paper 2 to 3 times a day. OR Throw the wrapping paper and place the truffle in a closed box filled with uncooked rice, in the fridge.Once they have been gently cleaned, wrap each truffle individually in a fresh sheet of kitchen paper towel. Place the wrapped truffles in a clean, airtight plastic or glass container, such as a flip-top jar with a tight seal.
Change the paper towel every morning and re-wrap the truffles. Put them back in their container and refrigerate, repeating the process until you are ready to use themWe suggest keeping fresh truffles in the coolest part of the fridge, ideally at 1 to 2°C, but be careful not to freeze them!
Usage: simply shave it on your dish with a dedicated slicer.
Price is per weight (variable number of truffles). You charged the maximum amount for the quantity you have selected and we will refund you according to the real weight of the truffle.
