Organic Strawberry Cadonga – 1kg

Strawberries, a member of the rose family, are unique in that they are the only fruit with seeds on the outside rather than the inside. Many medicinal uses were claimed for wild strawberries, its leaves and roots. The ancient Romans believed that the berries alleviated symptoms of melancholy, fainting, all inflammations, fevers, throat infections, kidney stones, halitosis, attacks of gout, and diseases of the blood, liver and spleen.  Organic Strawberries are preferred for reasons of taste, health and the environment.
Stems and caps should be fresh and firm. The berry should be plump and firm with a nice red finish. Avoid green or white strawberries that are mushy, shriveled, or leaky.

Pinky, sweet and delicious, discover the Corsican Pomelo! Pomelo is the result of a mix between a grapefruit and an orange originally in the French Caribbeans.

Storage:   In warmer weather pomelos are best kept in the fridge at least a week.
Usage: Wonderful in juice or for dessert.

An assortment of nuts and raisins to provide the good combination of vitamins and minerals essential for the brain of brainstormers! This mix is a “classic” of organic dried fruit & nuts mixes.

Organic Conference Pear

One of the best known dessert pears. The fruit is long, juicy and sweet, with russeted skin, firm flesh and a good flavour.

Storage: in the crisper 4 days after receiving your order. wash it before using it.
Usage: Perfect to it on its own or use it for any of your pear dessert

Organic Kiwi – 1kg

$149 by kg

Handle this delicate fruit with care, as they become very soft when ripe. What lies beneath the large, egg-sized, fuzzy brown skin is a wealth of brilliant, jade-green flesh. Kiwis have a juicy, slightly tart flavor reminiscent of melon and fresh berries.

Kiwis have more Vitamin C than citrus and can be used in marinades as a meat tenderizer. Beautiful and eye-catching when sliced and used as a garnish, the crunchy, tiny black seeds add a wonderful texture and are perfectly designed to be eaten!

Storage:  Kiwi can be refrigerated for two or three weeks and then stored at room temperature for a few days until they yield to gentle pressure. Kiwis continue to get juicier when kept at room temperature.
Usage: To eat as a bite

Organic Juliet Apple – by kg

“Juliet” apples are medium in size. The skin is red over a green or yellow-green background. The flesh is white, crisp, and juicy, with a flavour that is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.

Storage:Keep it up to a week in the refrigerator in the crisper compartment
Usage: You can eat it  straight away or cook them. i.e. sliced with a knife and munched on out of hand, or baked into a tarte tatin or an apple cake.

Organic Patte de loup Apple – by Kg

Patte de loup — literally, wolf’s paw — is the name of an heirloom variety of apple that is chiefly grown in the Northwest of France, and is mentioned in horticultural documents as early as the Middle Age. Small and oddly shapen, with a rugged, brownish yellow skin that often cracks and scars as if a wolf had clawed it, it is typically the kind of apple that did not stand a chance in the modern battle for glossy and perfectly calibrated specimens. And yet the patte de loup is very close to apple perfection: sweet and tart, with a firm flesh that is juicy but not too crisp, it does equally well eaten au couteau,

Dear customers, many of you have been asking us what would happen in the coming weeks: Our activity remains unchanged and we will keep bringing you nice and responsible products every week delivered to your door step. However, we are experiencing some difficulties with flights cancellation or delay so you might have to wait a bit longer to receive your order if such event would happen in the coming weeks ;-) Of course, we will do our best to update you if any change would arise in the delivery schedule.

 

Order before Monday 6pm for delivery Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon (depending of remaining slots available and product availability).

To be 100% transparent, our prices has been a little bit modified due to the high increase of the transportation cost between France to Hong Kong and high local product demand in France.
